As the Managing Director of Conference Well, she is dedicated to simplifying the complex world of group accommodation and conference planning for her clients.
Kelly’s experience is broad and diverse, specialising in managing large group room blocks, residential conferences (3/4 day events), hotel buyouts, sporting room blocks, and incentives. Overseeing over 500 events per year, Kelly is adept at finding the perfect venue to ensure your event’s memorable success. Her extensive background includes Director roles at some of the world’s leading hotel chains, where she gained a deep understanding of hotel operations, logistics, and client servicing.

THE PROCESS EXPLAINED
1. The Brief
Together, we will review your requirements, hotel/venue preferences and specific needs, then get to work.
2. Quote & Compare
You will receive a minimum of five quotes from venues of your choice, within 48 hours allowing you to compare and shortlist effortlessly.
3. Site Inspections
Site inspections will be organized (if required) based on your shortlisted venues.
All you need to do is arrive.
4. Going to Contract
We will organise the contract for you and ensure you are happy with all the details. All contracts are drawn up by the hotel or venue partner and sent to you for review and confirmation.
5. Hand over to Event Manager
Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, we will hand you over to your hotel or venue planner to discuss the finer details of your event.
